You, the user, bear full and sole responsibility for all content you post through Calibry.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Calibry ("User Content"). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
Calibry offers AI-powered content generation tools. Content generated by AI is provided as a suggestion only. You are fully responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing. Calibry does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, originality, or legal compliance of AI-generated content.
By uploading User Content to Calibry, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., publishing your scheduled posts to connected platforms). We will not use your content for any other purpose.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others.

Calibry connects to third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Calibry is not responsible for:
Certain features of Calibry require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription details, including pricing and billing cycles, are presented at the time of purchase and may be updated with notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calibry and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, reputation, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to: User Content and Responsibility, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Indemnification.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and notify you via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Calibry operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Calibry regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
